The Commission on Higher Education (CHED), in partnership with Trinoma- Ayala Malls, will launch its first State Universities and Colleges (SUC) Expo entitled, “The Art of SUCcess: 2020 State Universities and Colleges (SUC) Expo” on March 9-11, 2020 at the Activity Center, Trinoma Mall, Quezon City.

With the theme, “Innovation. Passion. Connection,” the event offers an opportunity for SUCs to showcase their products which are not commercially available and easily accessible. “Sa ating mga kababayan naninirahan sa Quezon City at mga karatig na lugar, I strongly encourage everyone to visit and support the flagship products of SUCs. It is an opportunity to try and experience the products from all over the country which is pooled in a convenient venue,” said CHED Chairman J. Prospero E. De Vera III. There are also contests prepared for everyone to join. From the variety of products, the booths will showcase bounty and riches from the lands, mountains and waters of the different regions. The SUC Expo is an initiative of CHED to recognize the passion of SUCs to innovate products and connect with Filipinos outside the confines of the academic community. Taste the flavors of longganisa, bangus and bagnet offered in Region I or savor the canned kaldereta of Region 2. Own a uniquely designed pinya or hablon cloth from Region 6 or take home the special coffee from Northern Mindanao. The SUC Expo is a must-see experience for local product enthusiasts and for those with an adventurous palate or penchant for ingenuity. Join us on March 9-11, 2020 at the Activity Center, Trinoma Mall, Quezon City. (signed) J. PROSPERO E. DE VERA III, DPA Chairman Commission on Higher Education Download PDF version
