Pursuant to the whole-of-government approach to combat the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19), the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) and the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) are working together to enhance the capability of Faculty of our Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) for Flexible Learning. DICT will conduct a series of Webinars scheduled this month of May and June 2020. These are in line with DICT’s Technology Empowerment for Education, Employment, Entrepreneurship, and Economic Development (Tech4ED) Project.
