In order to implement the provision of financial assistance to SUCs for the development of smart campuses as provided in Section 10(i) of RA 11494, SUCs are requested to submit a maximum of three (3) full proposals via email on or before 15 November 2020, 5:00PM to and copy furnish

SUCs that fulfill the following requirements will be prioritized in the provision of grant subject to its eligibility to other requirements stipulated in the enclosed guidelines:

1. SUCs who responded and completed the CHED Survey, “Urgent Survey of SUCs’ Systems and Capabilities for Smart Campus Development”;
2, No unliquidated fund transfers from CHED;
3. SUCs with unliquidated fund transfers from CHED not exceeding two (2) years upon receipt of the fund.
